Cereals & Grains 18 in London brought together technical breakthroughs in cereal science with storytelling to put data and analytics into the broader context of major global trends. Scientific sessions explored the latest advances in innovation throughout the value chain. The overarching theme was Field to Fork, and the program was shaped around daily themes: Sustainability from Gene to Field; Safe Ingredients and Quality Products; and Formulating for Health and Wellness.
